Next step in setting up a connection between your Webareal store and Zenvio account is the Configuration part. The most important configuration is When to create invoices from orders in your Webareal store.

When to create invoices

Zenvio syncs with orders in your Webareal store and automatically creates invoices based on orders.

You can choose from following options when to create invoices:

Create invoices for all orders

Invoices are created for all new orders in your store.

Create invoices for paid orders

Invoices are created for paid orders in your store.

Create invoices for completed orders

Invoices are only created for completed (fulfilled) orders.

warning

Some countries have a strict legal regulation for invoicing process, especially when order is voided. In such country when an invoice exists, it must not be deleted. Instead, a credit note must be issued that practically voids the invoice.

Send invoices

With Zenvio you can send invoices to your customers by email easily.

Automatic sending

Zenvio allows you to automatically send invoices to your customers by email.

Manual sending

You can send invoices manually one by one if this fits your business flow.
